How Technological Innovation Influences Environmental Pollution: Evidence from China

Technological innovation has an important impact on environmental pollution. In this paper, first, we analyze the influence mechanism of technological pollution and then design index system innovation. Then, use entropy method to calculate level different regions in China based provincial panel data from 2004 2016. Finally, vector autoregression model (PVAR) is adopted, taking discharge sewage, solid waste, exhaust gas as research objects, them empirically analyzed. The results show that China’s steadily improving, but there are significant differences wastewater, waste gas, waste. Specifically, can contribute increase wastewater emissions. However, not equal.
